Here are my current health coaching programs - keep in mind that something different works for everyone so each program is adjusted to fit your specific needs!
3 or 6 Month Health Coach Program
Think of this as your classic program to work with a health coach! If you know you want to adopt a more healthy lifestyle but have no clue how to start, this is for you! We’ll talk through the goals that you want to achieve and create a plan to get there by adopting new habits that are sustainable long term (even beyond your program)!
Two 60-minute virtual sessions (video or phone)
Online support between sessions to answer questions and offer guidance.
Article and recipes to help expand your knowledge of nutrition and wellness.
Finding Wellness - 1 Month Challenge
Do you feel like the last diet you started just isn’t working anymore or maybe you know what you need to do but you just can’t stick to it? This program is designed to uncover what is holding you back from taking action, add accountability and find an approach that is sustainable long term! We will meet once a week for one month focusing on making small lifestyle adjustments that will bring the lasting balance you’ve been looking for.

Realistic Resolutions
Do you find yourself starting the year off inspired by new resolutions and healthy habits, only to find yourself out of routine by Valentine’s Day? It’s hard to stick to resolutions or dive into a new routine, but it’s not impossible! Sticking to your resolutions is all about finding what works for you long term, not just what works when you’re feeling motivated in January! Realistic Resolutions is a personalized program that focuses on finding the healthy habits that fit into your lifestyle and help you reach your goals. The goals we focus on are centered around what you want to achieve (within the scope of health coaching). It is a 4-week health coaching program that takes an individual approach to creating realistic resolutions that last all year long!
This program includes:
- One 30 minute coaching call per week (video or phone)
- Follow up email/notes after each session
Who is this program ideal for?
This program is best for someone who knows the health goals that they want to achieve this year but need guidance, support and accountability in creating a plan to achieve them.
Grocery Store Guide
Does the grocery store ever feel a little overwhelming or do you just not know what to get? This program is designed to help you navigate the shelves a little more easily! We’ll talk through understanding nutrition labels, simple swaps for more nutritious foods, saving money, planning recipes and your grocery list! This one time session is best done virtually to share resources on screen but can be done in person too, if you’re local! This is one 75 minute session with follow up resources.
Corporate and Workplace Wellness
Employee wellness is such an important factor when owning a business! These programs are designed to fit your company’s needs, it could be a workshop focused on nutrition, work life balance or healthy habits. Or it could be running a wellness challenge around fitness, steps, hydration, self care or habits. It’s so important to take care of your employees and encourage them to take care of themselves!
